3K a year PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage Daily Assignments Log daily warehouse activities Suggest possible process improvements Must have ability to change directions quickly Work with auditors to ensure that guidelines and procedures are being followed at all times Train and follow up with employees Administer disciplinary action to direct reports Inspection of Warehouse Ensure that warehouse is clean and free from injuries at all times.
Ensure that the quality, rotation and accuracy policies are being adhered to at all times.
Manage shift change to ensure that they are carried out in an efficient and timely fashion Responsible for monitoring, record keeping, and taking appropriate action for specified Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan and prerequisite program requirements.
Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management.
Follow-up with Shipping Documents Ensure that accurate timely processing of documents occurs coach employees who need help Assist DC Manager in Security and Fire Safety Issues EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 4 year degree or equivalent experience in any of the following:
Supervision, Business, Management 2 - 4 years Supervisory experience in a warehousing or plant environment KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Excellent written and verbal communication skills Order Striving Ability to make decisions quickly Be able to prioritize ever changing tasks Attention to detail Able to prioritize Able to handle intense, stressful situations Multi-task oriented Able to build rapport with hourly employees & co-supervisors SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct:
